Laura Pearson Garner

The son of Archer and Ada Garner, Claude was a lifetime member of Smith UMC. He served on the Board of Trustees and Finance Committee. He was also Chairman of the PPR and President of the UMM.

Laura was also a lifetime member of Smith UMC. She supported the church faithfully with her service, gifts and presence. She was especially active in the UMW and visiting shut ins, helping with missions projects, and preparing food for the many donation suppers that were held to raise money for the building fund.
